The Pastoral Council, made up of both elected and appointed members from each community, is a consultative body to the Pastor. The Council is concerned with the spiritual growth of the Tri-Community and with providing careful, considered consultation on pastoral planning--discerning which needs are to be supported, changed or developed to enable the Tri-Community to more faithfully fulfill its mission.

TRI-COMMUNITY FINANCE COUNCIL

In accordance with the Code of Canon Law, each parish must have a finance council to oversee the financial and material well-being of the parish. The Finance Council serves in an advisory capacity to the Pastor, following the guidelines of the Diocese. The council creates financial awareness, examines how funds are being used, develops financial plans, assists in development of the budget, reviews parish investments, develops financial reports to the parish and advises on extraordinary expenditures.

MARRIAGE MINISTRY -- MARRIAGE ENCOUNTER

Marriage Enrichment Programs. Marriage Encounter weekends focus on communications skills for married couples. Marriage Ministry Sponsors are married couples who work with engaged couples on a one-on-one basis for four to six sessions, to help them learn communication skills and work on resolving problems in preparation for the Sacrament of Marriage.
